ONE LEVEL UP FOUNDATION

One Level Up Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on helping people overcome barriers related to homelessness, housing instability, technology access, and workforce readiness. We connect individuals and families with housing and community resources while providing practical pathways toward greater independence. Our programs include housing and resource navigation, basic-needs and survival resources, digital literacy, practical AI skills for work, Microsoft and Google productivity tools, résumé and LinkedIn development, interview preparation, job-search skills, individual coaching, financial literacy, and portfolio development. Through our Digital Pathways & Workforce Readiness initiative, participants gain hands-on technology and career skills designed to strengthen employability and economic mobility. One Level Up also develops free community resources such as the Roots of Resilience Community Survival Resource Guide and works with nonprofit, faith-based, and community partners to connect people with trusted support.
