Truck for a Hero is our core program in which we obtain, preserve, and restore classic GM trucks to be given to heroes facing hardship and in need of a vehicle.
Additionally each Truck for a Hero truck provides hands on automotive repair and restoration education to veterans, students, and underrepresented individuals seeking career or life skills. Participants gain practical experience by assisting with the restoration of classic vehicles.
Your support helps us source trucks to be repaired and given to heroes in need, train the future and those wanting to learn automotive repair, and have adequate tools for volunteers and trainees to use for each truck restoration.
