Women Veterans of New Mexico is dedicated to serving she who served through education and advocacy. We provide information, resources and support to New Mexico women veterans with an emphasis on those women veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk for homelessness; conduct outreach to female veterans in New Mexico; ensure the Veterans Administration and the New Mexico Department of Veteran Services are responsive to gender specific needs of women veterans; conduct fundraising activities to continue our mission; provide social events for women veterans to enhance comraderie and reduce isolation; provide a collaborative forum to learn and discuss challenges unique to women veterans; and provide volunteer opportunities to support our mission.
