Roll2Heal is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Texas, dedicated to supporting Veterans, First Responders, and Healthcare Professionals, nationwide, through the power of in-person tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs). Founded by a veteran who personally experienced profound stress relief and life-affirming connection during a Dungeons & Dragons campaign—where one participant even credited the game's anticipation with preventing suicide—Roll2Heal harnesses TTRPGs as naturally therapeutic and recreational tools. Backed by peer-reviewed studies showing benefits like reduced stress, improved social skills, emotional expression, and a sense of accomplishment, the organization creates safe, welcoming spaces for participants to combat isolation, alleviate PTSD-related stress, build meaningful bonds, and foster resilience.

By 2032, Roll2Heal will be recognized as the leading provider of therapeutic tabletop role-playing games for Veterans, First Responders, and Healthcare Professionals, forging legends and mending souls across every corner of the United States, ensuring that all veterans and first responders have seamless access to our therapeutic tabletop role-playing game communities for in-person play, fostering resilience, connection, and recovery nationwide.

With the inspiring tagline "Forge Legends & Mend Souls", Roll2Heal builds local chapters, hosts in-person TTRPG sessions, and maintains an active online community (including Discord) for connection, events, and support. It's a veteran-led initiative emphasizing peer-driven healing through storytelling, laughter, and shared adventures—proving that rolling dice can help roll back the weight of trauma.
