Together for Ukraine is The Educational Equality Institute’s flagship humanitarian education program supporting displaced Ukrainians—particularly women, youth, and professionals—through free digital education, mentorship, language training, and career support.
Since the war began, millions of Ukrainians have been forced to flee their homes and rebuild their lives across Europe and beyond. This program provides the long-term tools they need to not just survive, but thrive. From career training and entrepreneurship to tech upskilling and language learning, Together for Ukraine helps people restart their lives, gain employment, and contribute to new communities.
With your support, we aim to:
Provide education and upskilling to 100,000 Ukrainians
Expand access to remote jobs and entrepreneurship programs
Match thousands of learners with professional mentors worldwide
Deliver free language training to improve integration and job access
Scale partnerships with companies, universities, and volunteers
Program Components:
Language Connect for Ukraine – One-on-one language support with international volunteers
Mentors for Ukraine – Remote mentorship in professional development, career coaching, and personal growth
Women’s Entrepreneurship and Empowerment Initiative (WEEI) – A multi-track program helping Ukrainian women build and scale sustainable businesses
Upskilling for Remote Jobs – Certified online training in digital skills, marketing, project management, and more
Open University & Online School – Flexible, accredited educational opportunities for children, youth, and adults
Donations support the delivery of educational content, digital tools, platform hosting, volunteer training, mentor coordination, and direct support to participants. Corporate sponsors can also engage their teams in skills-based volunteering through mentorship and career coaching.
