Sunday Salmon is a no-cost, organic community restaurant based in Castle Rock, Colorado. What began nearly ten years ago as a home-cooked Sunday meal for family and friends has grown into one of our town’s most heartfelt traditions. We serve neighbors from all walks of life—families facing crisis, low-income seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and anyone who simply needs a place to belong. Every meal is gluten- and seed-oil-free, made with love, and served with dignity around the table. Beyond food, we offer connection, care, and hope to those who may be experiencing isolation, hardship, or hunger.
