The Mission of the Navy League Foundation is to educate the Nation’s Youth to so as to provide a next generation of knowledgeable civilian and military leaders motivated to support a strong maritime force in our national defense. Navy League Foundation awards annual Navy Sea Cadet Scholarships and Navy League National Scholarships to deserving high-school seniors who are dependents or direct descendants of Sea Service personnel.

To honor Sea Service Members, NLF provides financial assistance to children and grandchildren of veteran and active duty Sea Service members, children participating in U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, and military spouses, for higher education. With a Total of 19 funded scholarships that are based on merit and financial need, 5 - 10 Scholarships are available annually.
