As these children grow, often they have little to no clothing to choose from as they grow out their current wardrobe. Their households are also plagued by constant emergencies such as the electricity being cut off for non payment.
This fund will allow us to take these children to shop for suitable clothing and also help us to intervene when the children are being negatively impacted by what is occurring in their households.
Children do not have a choice as to who they are born to and where they are being brought up. Our goal is to negate to as great an extent as possible the negative impact of the environment in which they are being raised.
