This program takes a holistic approach to workforce development by integrating personal growth, mental health support, financial literacy, relationship building, and career readiness.
By empowering individuals to overcome personal and systemic barriers, the program aims to increase employment longevity, earning potential, and access to homeownership, ultimately contributing to the economic vitality of the region.

Personal & Relationship Development
• Mental Health Therapy: Identify and address psychological barriers to employment
• Life Coaching: Navigate present-day challenges and build soft skills
• Workshops: Focus on workplace relationships, parenting, and family dynamics
Career Development
• Academic Enrichment: Reading and math tailored to workplace needs
• Non-Technical Skills: Communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
• SC Works Collaboration: Virtual reality career exploration and industry insights
• Industry Focus: Special emphasis on careers in the energy sector
Financial Development
• Financial Literacy Workshops: Led by local financial institutions
