Women Rising Radio

Women Rising Radio’s official description is that we “empower women and girls to gain real
news and information, participate as informed citizens in their societies, and advocate for
women’s, children’s and human rights worldwide”. Our website is interactive, encouraging
listening to our programs, and inviting activists, artivists and culture leaders to share their work with our visitors. We get over 8,000 visits to our website each month. Our programming broadcasts with the Progressive Radio Network and also with the Pacifica radio network (online and radio broadcasts and podcasting).
