THE MOMENTUM GROUP

Create Common Good is a non-profit social enterprise providing foodservice skills training and job placement services to individuals with barriers to employment. We serve refugees, women escaping domestic violence, individuals overcoming past incarceration, addiction or homelessness, veterans and those struggling with mental or physical disabilities. Learning valuable foodservice skills builds self-conficence and gives our trainees the opportunity to reach their full potential.

We provide foodservice training and job placement services to individuals with barriers to employment. Barriers to employment like cultural or language differences, previous incarceration, domestic violence, or past addictions can be overcome by gaining confidence through development of valuable job skills. We empower these adults to reach their full potential through workforce development, achieve self-sufficiency, and obtain financial independence because we believe everyone deserves a chance to earn a livable wage!

Our trainees have the opportunity to give back to the community by making nutritious snacks and meals for low income children and families.
