Heart Healing teaches individuals to use art for personal transformation. Our projects have primarily provided at-risk youth and elderly populations in Snohomish and King Counties with art enrichment in youth detention facilities, senior community centers, and public health fairs both online and in-person. All of our activities promote resilience by incorporating self-reflection and encouraging self-expression in order to develop voice and identity. We believe in facilitating a safe space for creativity and hearts to blossom.
