Choices Chances Changes Incorporated (CCC) is a Black-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Hampton, Georgia, dedicated to serving low-income families, veterans, seniors, and individuals experiencing food and housing insecurity. Through food distribution, hygiene supply giveaways, and direct community outreach, CCC provides vital support to those who are often overlooked and underserved.

Our grassroots organization believes in empowering lives through access to resources, dignity, and the power of second chances. Whether we’re delivering meals to homebound elders, helping a veteran get back on their feet, or giving a family hope through emergency aid, our mission is simple: to create change, one choice at a time.
