We are a small nonprofit organization proudly serving the Fort Carson Army Base, Schriever Space Force Base, Peterson Space Force Base, and the U.S. Air Force Academy communities. Our mission is to support current and former service members and their families through connection, care, and community.
We host monthly support group meetings that include dinner and meaningful activities for both adults and children. Our dedicated children’s program celebrates military kids by recognizing their birthdays with a special gift at our meetings, organizing low- to no-cost community events, and holding an annual Military Child Appreciation Lunch. We also host You Bee-Long, an annual event focused on mental wellness and fostering a sense of belonging for military children.
To support children experiencing the challenges of deployment, we create customized baskets filled with comfort items and tools to help them cope with separation. For adults, we host Surviving Suicide – A Night of Hope, an annual suicide prevention event offered at no cost to the community. This powerful evening is dedicated to promoting healing, connection, and mental health awareness among veterans and their families.
We also provide support during times of personal hardship, such as the loss of a loved one. Our efforts prioritize suicide prevention, mental health awareness, strong family relationships, and overall emotional well-being. We are committed to serving all members of the military community—whether single, married, active duty, veteran, or family member. In past years, we’ve hosted Christmas dinners and prepared holiday gift baskets for single soldiers in our community.
