Every veteran that enters the VETS - Beyond The Uniform Program is required to take a 45 minute skills assessment, and then have an initial meeting with a coach/mentor to identify & discuss their skills, strengths & weaknesses.
This step is conducted to help the VETS - Beyond The Uniform team determine the best training path for the veteran. From this step a veteran may take several paths to support their career success in the civilian workforce, including taking a specialized Career Success Packages consisting of five 9 hour workshops (45 hours in total) from our 200+ workshops, or take Mission Ready workshop in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Leadership, etc.
