AMERICAN HOMETOWN VETERAN ASSIST INC

To make a difference in the lives of American Veterans & First Responders by assisting them with urgent needs, scholarships, and finding resolutions to overcome barriers and challenges while working to empower them towards a better quality of life.

We are a local, all volunteer organization providing emergency financial assistance to Veterans in North Central Florida. Applicants are vetted through local VA agencies and must have a discharge under honorable conditions. We also provide scholarships to students studying at Santa Fe Community College, in Gainesville, FL, who taking First Responder courses.
