Woods ~n~ Water would like to build a 12'x16' shed and convert it to a structure for a walk-in shower big enough to use a wheelchair, a comfort-height/ADA toilet, vanity, washer and dryer.
The purpose for the shower shed is to provide a restroom for all that visit the property, provide a shower for those that camp at the property & for those that are residentially challenged and a washer & dryer for those that need to use it.
