Operation VEST brings veterans, first responders, and communities together to build connection, inspire action, and ensure no one is left behind.

Operation VEST (Veterans Ending Suicide Together) is a Long Island-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preventing veteran and first responder suicide by building connection, strengthening community, and reducing the stigma around asking for support. Through community events, awareness, local partnerships, and connections to trusted resources, Operation VEST brings veterans, first responders, and community members together so no one has to stand alone. We believe everyone can serve—and everyone has a role in making a difference.
