Who We Are:
We are a community faith-based organization with a mission to prevent hunger and improve the quality of life for citizens residing in Pueblo County. Our center is one of the largest non-profit emergency assistance program in southern Colorado, and we offer services with a more meaningful and enduring impact, in a supportive atmosphere that extends purpose and hope.

Programs:

Our Food Program is dedicated to supporting low-income and no-income individuals by providing monthly food distributions. Recognizing the importance of food security, our initiative aims to alleviate hunger and ensure that everyone in our community has access to nutritious meals. Each month, we distribute a variety of food items, including fresh produce, grains, and protein-rich foods, to help sustain individuals and families in need. We are committed to treating all participants with dignity and respect, creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued. We strive to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve, helping to build a stronger, more resilient community.

Nutrition on Wheels: Our organization is playing a crucial role in supporting seniors in the outlying areas of Pueblo County who face challenges in accessing food. By providing a dedicated delivery service, we are not only ensuring that these individuals receive the nutrition they need but also offering them peace of mind and a sense of community. Our efforts help bridge the gap for those who may struggle with transportation or mobility issues, ensuring that they can maintain their independence and dignity. This service is instrumental in improving the overall quality of life for seniors, reducing food insecurity, and fostering a supportive network that values and cares for its elderly members.

The Shower Program, provides essential hygiene services for individuals experiencing homelessness. Recognizing the importance of personal dignity and confidence, this initiative ensures access to clean, safe, and private shower facilities. By fostering an environment of compassion and support, the program not only addresses the immediate hygiene needs of participants but also serves as a gateway to additional resources and services. Participants can experience a sense of normalcy and relief, empowering them to take further steps towards stability and well-being. Our Clothing Program is dedicated to providing free clothing to individuals and families in need, fostering dignity and hope in our community. Through generous donations and partnerships with local organizations, we offer high-quality clothing suitable for various occasions, from professional attire for job interviews to everyday wear for adults and children.
