GET Empowered CDC serves as a foundation of hope, providing, social and economic resources to strengthen family and enhance community.

Over the past decade, GET Empowered CDC has been effective in reaching people of varying backgrounds and across the region. Our community service projects range from food distribution, school supply giveaways, veteran support, toy giveaways, to home ownership seminars. This organization identifies the needs of underserved populations and provides resources to supplement those needs. Our impact touches all racial demographics and family structures. Our primary recipients are within the Hampton Roads area, but we have also aided people from Richmond, Virginia to Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
