Sons and Daughters In Touch was established in 1989 as a first-of-its-kind organization providing support to America's Gold Star 'children' from the Vietnam War. In its 35 years of existence, SDIT has located and united more than 5000 of these 'sons and daughters' and helped support them as they live out a unique life experience that is forever present as their fathers' names are etched into the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
