Community Health Partners Uganda

par Social Good Fund

Community Health Partners Uganda (CHP) is a grassroots, community-led organization improving access to affordable, quality healthcare and sustainable livelihoods for vulnerable populations across Uganda. Founded by nurses, a midwife, and social workers, CHP delivers integrated HIV prevention, sexual and reproductive health services, maternal and child healthcare, and youth economic empowerment programs—recognizing that health and income security are deeply interconnected.

Through mobile outreaches, medical camps, and entrepreneurship mentorship for adolescent girls and young women, CHP reaches underserved peri-urban and rural communities in Greater Jinja. In 2024 alone, the organization served 778 beneficiaries with testing, treatment, and preventive care, while equipping youth with skills and business support to strengthen long-term resilience. Accredited by the Uganda AIDS Commission, CHP combines trusted local partnerships with sustainable, community-driven solutions to ensure healthcare for all, regardless of ability to pay.
