Trans Advocacy and Care Team

TACT (Trans Advocacy & Care Team) is a trans-led nonprofit building a national network of virtual peer support for trans and nonbinary adults. We provide free one-on-one peer counseling, support groups, and resource navigation to reduce isolation and empower trans people to navigate barriers with confidence. At TACT, we’re not just offering support—we’re shifting the narrative of what it means to be trans by centering joy, resilience, and thriving. As the only national trans organization providing ongoing, non-crisis peer support, TACT is transforming access to care and fostering a world where every trans person feels deeply understood and supported.
