Our mission is to offer accessible, inclusive wellness & healing for mind, body, spirit, and community, rooted in San Jose. Through intentional partnerships we offer yoga to underserved people, such as youth experiencing homelessness, at-risk teens, and folks on the socio-economic margins, with dignity and mutual respect at the core of each exchange. Our programs are funded by the generous support of community donations and contributions. It takes a village to build a healed, happy, healthy, and whole community.
