Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership in the Fargo, ND, Moorhead, MN, and surrounding communities. In partnership with families, volunteers, and supporters, we help create safe, decent homes that provide a foundation for a better future.

We believe everyone deserves a place to call home. Through volunteer labor, donated materials, and generous community support, Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity offers families the opportunity to build and purchase their own homes with affordable mortgage options—empowering them to invest in their futures and contribute to thriving neighborhoods.

For over three decades, our work has gone beyond construction. We foster partnerships, support financial education, and strengthen communities by bringing people together around the shared goal of safe and stable housing. Together, we are building homes, hope, and a stronger Fargo-Moorhead region.
