WAVE ACADEMY

Healing Wave Aquatics primarily serves veterans, active-duty military personnel, and first responders dealing with post-traumatic stress (PTS), along with their caregivers who provide 100% support. We transform lives by providing research-backed warm water therapy that effectively decreases PTS symptoms, as validated by recent UCSD research, with demonstrated reductions in anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation that improve overall functional capacity and mental health outcomes. Through our specialized 8-week programs and private, trauma-informed aquatic therapy sessions, we help community members achieve profound healing that addresses critical mental health challenges, while clients report significant improvements in relaxation, sleep, mood, confidence, and overall mental well-being that create lasting positive change in their lives and relationships.
