COME SPRING FOOD PANTRY

Come Spring Food Pantry serves the towns of Union, Appleton, Washington, Searsmont, Warren, Hope, and South Hope in Maine. Our recipients include young families, elderly couples, veterans, and anyone who is struggling with food security: no one is turned away. Come Spring Food Pantry offers our neighbors the ability to select the items they need from our pantry. Our goal is feeding our neighbors with dignity, while promoting health, opportunity, and hope.
Our commitment to our neighbors must be unwavering in guaranteeing that every person has access to good, fresh, healthy food. Every person will be treated with dignity and respect. The voice of the recipient and lived experience will focus our awareness to provide equity for all. We foster collaboration to uplift community voices and offer engagement in all areas of the food system from growing to distribution.
During the growing season our Knox County Gleaners section of the Come Spring Food Pantry helps harvest and distribute farm produce from our local farmers providing hundreds of pounds of much needed fresh produce.
