Honoring and assisting injured U.S. military veterans through free guitar lessons and guitars

Six String Heroes at Jefferson Barracks is a non-profit organization that serves veterans of the US Military with injuries by providing 8 free guitar lessons and a free guitar. Lessons are provided by volunteers and we receive no state or federal funding. Lessons are given at the Jefferson Barracks VA Medical Hospital in south St. Louis, and in St. Charles, MO
