EMM guarantees that 100% of all individual and corporation donations will be spent on only non-profit programs and not corporate programs or general and administrative costs.
Currently, EMM delivers programs to youth, corporations and their employees, and the general public.
- Our YOU MATTER(tm) K-12 curriculum and club programs serve over 175,000 students in 36 states and 7 countries. We offer these hands-on programs at no charge to educators and their institutions to remove any financial barriers to having children experience the power of I, You, We Matter.
- Our corporate program offers weekly digital messages and incorporates EMMbassadors, as internal champions who help coordinate special events to connect employees to what matters... including their friends, families, co-workers, customers and their immediate and far-reaching communities. Over 70,000 global employees, in leading corporations such as E. & J. Gallo Winery, Carolinas HealthCare System, Invision Communications, and Kiehl's/ L'Oreal, participate in weekly EMM positive-action themes and experiences.
- In addition, we provide several options for corporations to demonstrate their social responsibility by coordinating local community give-back events and sponsoring Monthly or Monday themes that advance our mutual mission to share the values of I, You, and We Matter.

Over the next 5 years, EMM plans to expand its education programs' reach to millions of students and their families, develop and deploy unique programs focused on special populations such as veteran's and their families, elderly, transitioning homeless, abused men and women, incarcerated individuals, and others, while also growing a grassroots following of people who are inspired to engage even more people in pursuing a life with a deeper understanding of how much and why we matter individually and together.
