We at Veterans Place of Washington Boulevard are committed to helping our Vets find their way to a safe, stable lifestyle. You can help us in our efforts to eradicate homelessness among our Veterans. Your support will help provide secure housing, nutritional meals, substance abuse care, mental health counseling, life skills training, job assessment training, and placement assistance and moreover HOPE.

Veterans are more than twice as likely as civilians to become homeless during their lifetimes. Right here in Western PA, there are literally hundreds of Veterans who are homeless at any given time.

​Veterans Place of Washington Boulevard, or "Veterans Place," is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness among Veterans in the Pittsburgh region. Founded in 1996 and located in Pittsburgh's East End, we strive to provide a variety of supportive services for homeless Veterans in the Pittsburgh area. The goal of Veterans Place, working in partnership with the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System and other organizations, is to facilitate Veterans' transition from Homeless to Home, becoming engaged, valuable citizens who contribute to their communities.​
