OCALA ON TOP OF THE WORLD LIONS CLUB CHARITIES FOUNDATION INC

The OTOW lions Club is a service club who's motto is "We serve". The Ocala On Top of the World Lions Club was established in 1987. They are a 501c3 Charity. Regular meetings are held twice a month. The Club is very active, having several fundraisers each year. 100% of the money they raise goes right back into the community.

The On Top of the World Lions Club was chartered on May 28, 1987. This was the same year that Lions Clubs were opened to women. One charter member is still active in our club. As a group of men and women committed to serving our community, we sponsor projects and programs such as the Florida Center for the Blind, collecting eye glasses and hearing aids for the needy, collecting food for the poor, screening for diabetes and other similar projects. Our club actively supports our veterans in supporting the Vets helping Vets as well as celebrating Veterans Day and Memorial Day with special programs honoring our Veterans.
