It is Hope Therapy’s mission to improve the quality of life of children and adults with special needs, including veterans, using equine-assisted activities and therapy.

Hope Therapy is the only facility of its kind in Northeast Florida, certified as a Premiere Facility by the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, International. Founded in 2001 by the mother-daughter team of Marianne and Rebecca Davenport, Hope Therapy’s 11 amazing, specially trained horses bring healing to the lives of those challenged by autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, amputations, PTSD, and more. Over the years Hope Therapy has developed partnerships with many other charitable organizations including Ronald McDonald House, Wounded Warrior Project, and United Way, healing lives and bringing hope, especially to those who have not responded to traditional medical therapies.
