F3USA (Freedom Fighters Fund) is a non-profit focused on mitigating the challenges of military to civilian transition and closing the national cybersecurity workforce gap.

As a DOD approved SkillBridge partner, we train active-duty service members for in-demand cybersecurity careers before they separate from the military. Key elements of our program are:

Training: We provide a 10-week, live instructor led virtual cybersecurity training program. The curriculum is delivered through the AI-Enhanced Fusion Cyber Learning Management System (LMS). It is free of charge to our students.

Credentials: Enrolled service members earn industry-recognized credentials like CompTIA Security+, Linux+, and SPLUNK Core User.

Support: The program offers comprehensive transition support, including career coaching, professional development, VA claims assistance, and nationwide job placement.

The DOD SkillBridge model has a proven track record of success:

Outcomes: Graduates interview and achieve high-demand cyber jobs, with a prior model seeing a 98% graduation rate and 86% transitioning into cyber roles within six months of leaving active duty.

Placement: SkillBridge Cybersecurity Graduates have been hired by employers such as Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Leidos, General Dynamics IT, CACI, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

DOD Skillbridge enables our students to train for cyber careers before they hang up the uniform, while still receiving all their pay and benefits. This equips them with timely skills, enabling our graduates to start work within days or weeks after military service ends.
