First Responders: Trained professionals who are first on the scene during emergencies, providing critical support in rescue, medical care, and law enforcement.
Military Personnel: Those who serve or have served in the armed forces, bringing unparalleled discipline, resilience, and leadership skills to civilian life.
We focus on Heroes who have stability in their lives but are ready to redefine themselves through improved nutritional, physical, and mental habits. These individuals aim to build on their existing strengths, gain new ones, and find renewed purpose.
How We Empower
We are not a charity—we’re 100% focused on empowerment, growth, and transformation. Using scientifically validated, evidence-based practices, we help Heroes achieve deep, lasting change that goes beyond surface-level support.
Our approach is grounded in a robust coaching model inspired by Richard Boyatzis’s Intentional Change Theory (ICT). This proven framework helps individuals discover their ideal selves, assess their current realities, and create actionable plans to bridge the gap.
Core Deliverables of the 12-Month Conquer Your Mountain™ Program
The Conquer Your Mountain™ program is a holistic, hybrid experience tailored to align with each Hero’s unique goals and challenges. Over the course of a year, it includes:
Personalized Meal Plans
Tailored to each Hero’s lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Options include vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and more.
Monthly updates based on progress, with macronutrient-based education to teach Heroes how to use food as fuel for life.
Customized Training Plans
Ongoing fitness routines designed for home or gym use, with video demonstrations to ensure safe and effective workouts.
Plans evolve with each Hero’s physical goals.
Intentional Life Plan
Grounded in Boyatzis’s ICT, this personalized roadmap fosters clarity, purpose, and balance by helping Heroes align their actions with their core values and long-term goals.
Focused on mindset, motivation, and habit-building, the plan transforms how participants approach their lives.
Donor-Supported Access to Resources
Financial support for gym memberships, travel expenses (airfare and lodging), and gear for the program.
One-on-One Motivators
Each Hero is paired with two dedicated coaches: a Personal Fitness/Nutrition Motivator and a Mental Motivator. These experts provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement throughout the journey.
