FT IRWIN, CaliforniaThe Military and Civilian Spouses’ Club of Fort Irwin is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote opportunities for social, cultural, educational and creative pursuits in the Fort Irwin community. Fort Irwin is home to the premier National Training Center supporting an average population of over 23,000 service members, civilians and families members.
The Department of Defense’s National Training Center at Fort Irwin (NTC) trains over 50,000 Soldiers annually in preparation for deployments across the globe. To support this operation, NTC employs service members and civilian employees who, along with their families, live full time at Fort Irwin. We are proud of our Soldiers and their dedication; they work 19-day rotations, 10 months out of the year, exposed to the often-unforgiving elements of the Mojave Desert.
