VETERANS IN FARMING

Veterans IN Farming is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing Hoosier veterans and their dependent family members with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed in homesteading, farming, ranching, and agriculture.

We put our passion into action by providing mentorship, classes, and hands-on training events throughout the year. In partnership with At Ease Orchard, Jack’s Farm, and Porter Farm, we hold classes on topics ranging from beekeeping to planting techniques and water conservation to soil health.
We also work with Hoosier Uplands, AgVet, and AgrAbility to provide training for disabled veterans on how they can use adaptive farming practices to achieve their goals.
