Vision Warriors Corporation is a 501(c)(3) Missouri incorporated nonprofit organization founded in December of 2016. Vision Warriors currently owns two assets purchased from the St Louis City Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) and one asset purchased from the St Louis County Lemay Housing Partnership. Our first property is a multi-dwelling unit, two family flat residence located at 5475 Oriole Avenue St. Louis, MO 63120 and is currently housing two previously homeless US Military Veterans; our second property is currently an under construction renewable energy, multi-dwelling unit, two family duplex residence located on the same block at 5469 Oriole Ave; and our third property is currently a vacant lot located at 9626 Perrin Ave within walking distance from the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery where we will be building a renewable energy fourplex multi-dwelling unit to house four US Military Veterans. We are also currently exploring opportunities to expand our footprint into Chicago, IL.
We have many partnerships with local and national organizations that we will continue to leverage such as Home Depot Corporation, World Wide Technology, ARCO Construction, Mutual of Omaha, Veterans Administration St Louis, Missouri Veterans Endeavor, Ameren UE Missouri and Illinois, St Patrick’s Center and RV Wagner
Vision Warriors Corporation is an all-volunteer organization, having no paid staff. Funding will be provided by member contributions, donations from the public and grants from government and from other nonprofit organizations. All future revenue will be 100% allocated to operations.
