Expanding Affordable Housing Opportunities in Clermont County Ohio

Clermont Housing Corporation (CHC) is a corporation and an “instrumentality” of the Clermont Metropolitan Housing Authority solely for the purpose of HUD as defined under HUD PIH Notice 2007-15, as most recently extended by HUD PIH Notice 2011-47. The Corporation shall operate in accordance with rules and requirements applicable to HUD instrumentalities as required by and as further set forth in HUD PIH Notice 2007-15.

The goal of CHC is to raise funds to provide additional affordable housing opportunities in Clermont County, Ohio. These units will not be part of the Public Housing Program and will not be subsidized using Operating Funds or Capital Funds. These units will be maintained at an affordable rental price for up to a twenty-year period, if not longer. Any funds donated to this fund will be used in the purchase of land or the construction of affordable housing units.
