BALLET AMERICA

Ballet America fosters professionalism, self-esteem, and excellence in young dancers while pursuing goals that enrich the lives of our community. Ballet America promotes and nurtures local talent by performing repertoire that specifically appeals to families, and that positively influences the community. We believe that dance is a unique language with the capacity to enliven beauty in others.
Our annual Nutcracker school shows serve 1500-2000 school children every year who are invited to attend and perform with our company. Ballet America also performs in outreach performances to Street Life Ministries who serve homeless people, Palo Alto Veteran's Hospital, family shelters, and senior assisted living facilities. Ballet America also creates unique repetoire that tells insipiring stories such as the ballet Narnia.
