Project Imaginal is a unique, women-led non-profit initiative designed to change the narrative about women’s roles in the workplace and expand women’s access to wealth, influence, and power through the vehicle of innovation.
Within Project Imaginal, we design and pilot innovative leadership and workforce resilience programs for women and underrepresented leaders across both social-impact sectors (e.g., nonprofit, environmental sustainability, education) and traditionally male-dominated industries (e.g., STEM, finance, medicine).
Based on twenty years of transformational leadership work fueled by somatics, indigenous wisdom and systems thinking, we believe that such a network of women who are shaping innovation and workplace culture change already exists. Project Imaginal is designed to ignite it.
