Warrior Family Retreat

There are many military programs to help warriors transition from the battlefront to the homefront, but the families are often left to deal with challenges on their own. Through the Warrior Family Retreats, families of active-duty military personnel can get away to the country for an all-expense-paid weekend retreat where they find strength, healing and peace with horses. With the help of equine-assisted therapists, equestrian instructors, and counselors, couples find renewal in their relationships, parents learn new parenting skills, children have an opportunity to share their military family experience with peers, and everyone has fun and makes lifetime family memories.
