Through Bright Beginnings, UWNEMN is working to enhance the quality and accessibility of child care across our region. Localized trainings and incentives to become quality rated are offered to providers. UWNEMN also gives existing and new providers the opportunity to apply for funding to physically expand their premises to serve more children.
