The Black Futures in Flight: GTI Drone Workforce Initiative is a workforce program by Lawless Academy LTD designed to help underserved and low-income participants access careers in drone technology.
In partnership with the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), participants receive support with FAA Part 107 exam preparation, basic drone training exposure, and workforce readiness skills.
Lawless Academy provides outreach, participant support, and career navigation, helping individuals move from training into real workforce opportunities.
This program focuses on civilian and commercial career pathways, including industries like photography, mapping, infrastructure support, and technology services.
