Friends of St. Catherine Incorporated Community Outreach is dedicated to providing coordinated, comprehensive, integrated, and client-centered services. Our mission is to increase opportunities for people in our communities to overcome hunger and poverty. We focus on areas with the potential for high-impact, sustainable solutions that can benefit people. We work closely with our partners to support innovative approaches and expand existing ones so they reach the people in need.

Agricultural Development:
As a nonprofit organization, our strategy involves working with small farmers who have land and need the support to either start or improve their farming. We support programs that enable small farmers to break the cycle of hunger and poverty, sell what they grow, increase their incomes, and make their farms more productive. We seek input from farmers, field workers, businessmen, and policymakers to offer solutions that help improve agriculture at every level.
Emergency Response:
We support emergency response efforts in times of disaster through partnerships with the Office of Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Management and the UN human rights department, believing in the importance of community partnerships in times of food shortage due to disasters.
Global Libraries:
Our programs use Global Libraries to bridge the digital divide among communities and connect globally. The internet provides opportunities to access a wealth of information, enabling people to learn and navigate their searches for various purposes such as health information, government services, finances, job search, and research for school and work.
Water, Sanitation & Hygiene:
We aim to improve water, sanitation, and hygiene through strategic partnerships. Formulated plans involving churches (both local and international) and businesses will help provide healthcare education, awareness, food, drink, and comfort to those in need.
