The Neuroimmunology Clinic and Research Laboratory at Mass General is the first home in New England for patients with NMOSD (Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder), MOGAD (Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody disease), transverse myelitis and other rare autoimmune disorders of the central nervous system.
