TEMECULA VALLEY WRITERS ILLUSTRATORS INC

The mission of Temecula Valley Writers and Illustrators is to support and encourage the local creative community in their endeavors and provide a platform for personal and professional growth. The Foundation is organized exclusively for these purposes pursuant to Section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our motto is "Creativity in Community" because the creative life can be a lonely one. Writers and artists of all types toil away at their work in isolation. When we find each other, the sharing and synergy that result are powerful. Due to our initial successes, we’ve been asked to partner with local poetry groups, the filmmaking community, veteran’s outreach, and the TVUSD. TVWI’s focus is on welcoming all community creatives to find support, education, and networking opportunities. We run monthly meetings, genre writer meet ups, networking for artists, spoken word, and poetry events.
