In 2023, we served over 1398 veterans and families in need and provided 336 emergency overnight stays in hotels, food and transportation assistance as needed for veterans and their families waiting for additional housing support.
While we provide emergency relief, unfortunately, this is through our own fundraising efforts, often depleting funds rapidly, causing us to unfortunately turn away some veterans. This funding will provide a much-needed infusion of resources for emergency relief needs.

We have been providing financial assistance and referrals for veterans and their families / care givers for over 10 years. During this time, we have built an extensive network partnering with governmental agencies and non-profit organizations often receiving daily calls from them asking for our help with a veteran in immediate need.
The support of our community through sponsorships and donations has been essential to our mission. Just this week we were able to help the widow of a veteran who committed suicide who was about to be kicked out of her home! We were also able to provide 2 weeks in a hotel for a single mom veteran with a disabled child and are now working with her for housing and employment, just to name a few of the veterans we're helping.
