VETERANS EXPLORATION THERAPY

Veterans Exploration Therapy (V.E.T.) has been empowering veterans, service members, and their families to explore the wilderness and therapeutic pathways through outdoor recreation since our launch on July 31, 2022. In just over two years, we’ve run more than 40 programs and served over 400 veterans, providing them with transformative experiences that help them overcome personal challenges and foster healing.

Our mission is to empower veterans, service members, and families to discover new outdoor skills and self-care strategies through activities like hiking, camping, skydiving, and snorkeling. By encouraging participants to step out of their comfort zones, we create a safe space for them to push past fear, anxiety, and doubt, guided by trained professionals.

We are inclusive of ALL veterans, regardless of discharge status, as well as their families. Our programs help build community, resilience, and encourage participants to seek the help they need for personal healing.
