Super Jet Brunette (SJB) fosters, promotes, and engages in Technology, Engineering, Aviation, Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Science (T.E.A.A.M.S.) education — creating hands-on opportunities that inspire curiosity, confidence, and connection across generations. Our mission is simple but powerful: to ignite passion, purpose, and potential in people of all ages — from young dreamers to seasoned professionals — through mentorship, education, and real-world engagement in the fields that keep our world moving forward. We believe that exposure creates opportunity and access changes lives. Whether it’s a child meeting a pilot for the first time, a student joining their first robotics team, a veteran transitioning into a new engineering career, or a professional rediscovering purpose through mentorship — every connection can spark transformation. Super Jet Brunette exists to make those moments happen. We cultivate an ecosystem where STEM, aviation, and manufacturing meet mentorship, community, and creativity. Through our outreach, we bring together educators, engineers, aviators, technicians, veterans, students, and makers to collaborate and lift one another. Together, we bridge the gap between classroom learning and hands-on industry experience — one project, one flight, one idea at a time. What We Stand For Empowerment Through Education – We help individuals gain real-world exposure to T.E.A.A.M.S. industries, guiding them from curiosity to career readiness. Mentorship & Community – We connect experienced professionals with students, veterans, and career changers seeking mentorship, guidance, and inspiration. Diversity & Inclusion – We intentionally create space for underrepresented voices — women, minorities, and those from underserved communities — to thrive within STEM and aviation. Service & Support – We serve not only youth, but also our veterans, enlisted military, and adult learners seeking new opportunities and meaningful careers. Faith, Family & Flight – We operate from gratitude and purpose, using aviation and education as tools to build bridges, heal divides, and restore hope within communities. How We Do It Through programs and collaborations that are as dynamic as the people we serve: STEM & Aviation Programs: Youth flight experiences, aircraft builds, robotics competitions, aerospace workshops, and school partnerships that spark imagination and skill. Career & Leadership Coaching: Resume and LinkedIn development, interview readiness, job placement, SkillsBridge and veteran reintegration support, and professional confidence-building. Financial Literacy Education: Budgeting, scholarship and education-funding guidance, and long-term career-planning support for students and families. Community Service & Outreach: Tutoring, after-school programs, Girl Scout aviation events, and mentorship initiatives that promote gender and racial equity. Marketing & Communications Support: Helping schools, nonprofits, and local businesses tell their stories, strengthen outreach, and sustain their missions.
