Our organization is dedicated to providing comprehensive, holistic care that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. We understand the unique challenges faced by special operations veterans and their families. We offer programs that go beyond conventional treatments, providing a pathway to deep, lasting healing.
At Coast X Coast, we take a comprehensive approach to healing, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to provide holistic care for our veterans. Our programs are specifically designed to treat the root causes of symptoms, promote overall well-being, and most importantly, significantly reduce the risk of suicide among veterans.

Resiliency Brain Health
A two-week in-clinic, outpatient program focused on rehabilitation for traumatic brain injury (TBI), followed by a six-month at-home program. This includes home therapies, lab work follow-ups, and scheduled accountability check-ins and phone appointments. The comprehensive program encompasses neurotherapy, functional movement, and therapies to restore activities of daily living. Each veteran's care plan is tailored to their individual needs and goals, as determined by the veteran.

ORIGIN MEDICAL
Specializing in cellular medicine, Origin Medical addresses underlying issues driving disease with a range of therapies, including:
• Dietary and lifestyle modifications
• Supplements and IV therapy
• Acoustic wave therapy, stem cell therapy, and peptide therapy.

At Coast X Coast, we offer a transformative retreat experience designed to foster deep personal growth and healing, not only for SOF veterans but also for their family members and Gold Star Families. We believe that the family unit is just as important as the veteran, and our retreats provide a unique opportunity for all participants to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and inner peace.
